Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were very helpful and amazingly helpful, location was beautiful to a grocery store. Had essentials needed in the a double room, including a microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment, and a fridge. It was neat and bathroom - fairly clean.

Truly enjoyed every detail about my good 2 nights stay here. The location was magnificent close to everything. What's more, it was near to downtown attractions, and the Pier and amusement park.
Wi-Fi was terrible, made me a little nervous.

We enjoyed marvellous and awesome location of this place.
By and large, it was ideal base for sightseeing in Old Orchard Beach, had much fun. The rooms were all spotless and impressive with jacuzzi tub, the shower, jet tub. Everything was great.

This place is super clean and has a fantastic location. You can easily walk to the pier and join in on downtown activities, plus the boardwalk and beach are just a quick 5-minute stroll away. 🌊.

The service was great, I had 1 perfect night here. Huge spacious room, climate control, multi-channel TV, and a microwave were appreciated.
The bathroom I had was so small.

Conveniently located near the beach and town center, with easy access. Comfy bed and clean room. Friendly and welcoming owner. Spectacular jacuzzi queen suite with privacy. Great pool and close proximity to shops.

We got great value for our money with a clean and comfortable room at the Green Dolphin Motel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and hospitable, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast option better was if coffee was supplied with the in-room coffee maker.
